FR 3 056 932 - A1 _ The invention relates to a machine tool (M) comprising: a base (100) provided in its rear part with two lateral posts (130 and 140) defining at their lower end, a zone of connection of the posts (130 and 140) to the base (100), for the base (100), two front lateral zones (150 and 160) and a front central zone (170), - a transverse beam (200) disposed at the top end of said posts (130 and 140), - at least one spindle holder unit (310 and 320), - longitudinal horizontal guides (181, 182, 183, 184) supported by the base (100), - At least one workpiece carrier (420, 430) moving in translation on said guides. Applications: machine tool architecture. 410-4 170-4 132-4 Igt3056932 -1 VERTICAL SPINDLE MACHINE TOOL FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of machine tools with vertical spindle and in particular to adaptations allowing mobility of the workpiece to be obtained under the best conditions. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART In the prior art, there are a plurality of machine tools with vertical spindles. An example with two vertical pins is described in document DE4020997. This document discloses a machine tool for machining workpieces by means of rotary tools. This machine tool comprises a platform with a work table on which said part is fixed. This work table can be set in motion in the transverse direction. The machine tool also includes two sliding mounted columns which can move in a longitudinal direction. Each column supports a spindle housing with the vertical spindle axis. Each of these spindle housings can move vertically independently of one another. Such a device offers limited solutions for setting the part in motion relative to the spindle. Another example is described in document US5893691. This document discloses a machine tool equipped with a column mounted on the rear of a frame having a table and a spindle head arranged vertically movable on the column. The workpiece table bringing the workpiece from the front end of the frame to the rear end under the spindle is movable in translation longitudinally and guided by two rails. There too, the setting in motion although allowing to move away or to approach the spindle remains limited for the part. Another example is described in document EP1882544. This document describes a machine tool with a chassis equipped with two parallel side walls and an upper transverse support which is fixed on the two side walls. The machine tool includes a machining unit which can be moved by a motor - 2 on at least two coordinate axes, and which contains a motor shaft driven in rotation with interchangeable tools. The machine tool further comprises a projection disposed at the front of the chassis, comprising two horizontal guide rails disposed at a certain transverse distance on which is disposed, so that it can be moved longitudinally in translation by means of a motor, a system workpiece table with a table top for clamping a workpiece. This workpiece table can be rotated along a transverse horizontal axis. In addition, it can support a workpiece carrier plate rotated along a vertical axis. These different possibilities of setting the part in motion relative to the spindle associated with those of the vertical spindle constitute an improvement in the possibilities of a machine tool with vertical spindle. However, the arrangement of the guide means and that of the movement setting means as well as the choice of movement setting means for the workpiece have several drawbacks described below. In fact, EP1882544 discloses a provision of these different means either inside or on the interior faces of said vertical walls. This interior arrangement has the drawback of fairly reduced accessibility to these means of setting in motion and guiding for maintenance purposes. This arrangement also requires that the space necessary for the longitudinal horizontal movement of the two bearing carriages of the workpiece table system is provided between the two side walls, that is to say between their respective inner faces, with the consequence of a greater distance the columns. This spacing has the non-negligible drawback of greatly limiting the rigidity of the gantry structure of the machine tool. In addition, the possibility of the workpiece table system to pass under the gantry increases the volume subject to chip projection. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION On the basis of this state of affairs, the applicant has carried out research aimed at designing a machine tool with a vertical spindle leaving a wide choice of possibilities of setting the part in motion relative to the spindle without the drawbacks of the prior art. -3 This research led to the design of a machine tool comprising: a base with a front part and a rear part, provided in its rear part with two lateral posts arranged in the same transverse vertical plane and defining at their lower end, a zone of connection of the posts to the base, for the base, two front lateral zones in the longitudinal extension of the zone for connecting the posts to the base and a central front zone situated between these two front lateral zones, a transverse beam disposed at the high end of said posts, at least one associated spindle-carrying unit movably to said beam and being able to move in at least two directions in the front zone, namely a translation in a horizontal transverse direction and a translation in a vertical direction, - at least one spindle supported by the at least one spindle holder unit causing interchangeable tools to rotate along a vertical axis, - Longitudinal horizontal guides supported by the base, in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the axis of horizontal movement of the at least one spindle holder unit, at least one workpiece carrier carriage moving in longitudinal translation on said guides and comprising at at least one workpiece support table equipped with a clamping means for at least one workpiece. According to the invention, this machine tool is remarkable in that the longitudinal horizontal guides are arranged on the base by being distributed in at least one of the two front lateral zones. The advantage of such a feature is that it facilitates access for maintenance work on the workpiece carrier without passing through the work area located in the front central area. In addition, the width of the base and therefore of the machine tool is minimized due to the fact that the guides (and therefore the motorizations) intended for the longitudinal horizontal movement are positioned in the space taken up by the posts. This characteristic improves the possibilities of integrating such a machine tool into lines. -4 automated production. This positioning of the horizontal guides reduces the length of the suspended portion of the transverse beam to the size of the working area thus optimizing the rigidity. The frame formed by the base and the posts can be produced by assembly or in a single piece. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, the longitudinal horizontal guides are arranged on the base by being distributed in the two front lateral zones. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, the front lateral zones are of width corresponding substantially to that of the posts. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the machine tool is remarkable in that it comprises, in the zone situated between the posts and extending backwards, a system for exchanging tools with the au minus a pin. Indeed, as the guides of the part stop in the front zone, the zone located between the posts as well as the rear zone are protected from the pollution existing in the work zone. The relative positioning of the tool changer, the vertical spindle and the workpiece carrier moving along a longitudinal horizontal axis, also allows the exchange of very long tools without requiring a proportional movement of the horizontal axis, reducing thus its stroke to the just necessary and thereby the length of the machine. It is thus understood that the gantry configuration proposed is not intended to allow access under the gantry for the room but on the contrary to create a barrier partitioning the work area and facilitating the integration of a change of system d tool. In addition, according to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the machine tool is remarkable in that it comprises in the area located behind the posts, at least one tool magazine cooperating with said system of exchange of tools. Because of the barrier created, this store is protected and its access is facilitated. In addition, the arrangement of the tool magazine (s) at the rear of the base in an area unencumbered by axes of -5displacement of the machine tool allows an ergonomically accessible height of said magazine, facilitating manual loading or unloading of tools or maintenance operations. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the machine tool comprises at least one additional longitudinal horizontal guide disposed in the front central zone between the front lateral zones receiving said horizontal guides for the purpose of guiding additional carriages by ensuring the independence of the longitudinal linear positioning of workpiece support tables supported by said carriages. This independence facilitates the operation of the machine. Indeed, it can accommodate several rooms and position them independently of one another. It also allows you to authorize a positioning adjustment between the parts. Thus, according to one embodiment, the central guide is common to two central carriages and the two units are in synchronous translation with a possibility of adjusting the longitudinal position between the workpiece holding units formed by a pair of carriages each carrying a table workpiece holder. According to another embodiment, the machine tool comprises two central guides and two independent central carriages allowing an asynchronous longitudinal displacement for two workpiece-holding units formed by a pair of carriages each carrying a workpiece table. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the machine tool comprises - at least two spindle-carrying units moving along the beam independently of each other, - at least two work-holding tables each supported by at least one work-holding carriage, each spindle-working unit working with a work-holding table. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the at least one work-piece carriage guides the work-piece table in rotation. The carriage can then propose a horizontal transverse axis of rotation to the workpiece table. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the workpiece table comprises a turntable - 6 following an axis of rotation perpendicular to the transverse horizontal axis of rotation receiving said clamping means. The combination of all or part of these characteristics gives all the possibilities of setting in motion for the part relative to the tool without the drawbacks of the configurations of the prior art in accordance with the objectives of the invention. Regarding the motorization of the different movements implemented, several technical solutions are possible, associated or not, and among these: - drive by direct linear or rotary motors, - drive by motors and ball screws. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the transverse beam supported by the posts has a vertical front surface overhanging above the front zone. This feature allows the pins to have full access to the parts moving below despite the fact that the ends of the horizontal longitudinal guide rails do not protrude from the front zone stopping vertically from the posts. According to another characteristic associated or not with the previous one, the stacking of the different guide and drive sub-assemblies on the beam ensures that the spindle axis has this overhanging position. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the machine tool comprises lateral vertical flanges separating the central front zone where at least one workpiece table moves, front lateral zones where the guide means on which the movement is located the at least one workpiece carrier, said flanges being provided with a longitudinal window so as to allow a connecting part to pass between the table and the carriage. The carriages and their guidance are thus well protected from chip projections while allowing easy access. According to another characteristic, these windows are associated with curtains which follow the movement in longitudinal translation of the connecting piece between the carriage and the table. These curtains -7 can be telescopic or be made up of a simple movable sheet. The fundamental concepts of the invention having just been exposed above in their most elementary form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the appended drawings, giving by way of 'nonlimiting example, several embodiments of a machine tool machining according to the invention. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the machining machine tool referenced M as a whole, comprises a base 100 forming a horizontal platform with a front part 110 and a rear part 120. On its part rear 120, said base 100 is equipped with two lateral posts 130 and 140 arranged in the same transverse vertical plane. - 8According to the preferred but nonlimiting embodiment illustrated, said posts 130 and 140 are symmetrical and project from the upper surface of the rear of the base 100 by presenting a quadrilateral profile with vertical external faces arranged substantially in the same plane vertical than the lateral external faces of the base 100. These posts 130 and 140 define at their lower end, a zone of connection of the posts 130 and 140 to the upper surface of the base 100. The base 100 then has: - Two front lateral zones 150 and 160 in the longitudinal extension of said zone for connecting the posts 130 and 140 to the base 100, and a central front zone 170 located between these two front lateral zones. A transverse horizontal beam 200 connects the upper ends of said posts 130 and 140 and forms with these posts 130 and 140 a fixed gantry above the base 100. This beam 200 supports two spindle-carrying units 310 and 320 associated in mobile manner with said beam 200 and able to move in two directions in the front zone, namely a translation in a horizontal transverse direction (double arrow F1) and a translation in a vertical direction (double arrow F2). Each spindle holder unit 310 and 320 carries at least one spindle which drives in rotation, along a vertical axis, interchangeable tools 311 and 321. The base 100 supports, on its upper surface, longitudinal horizontal guides in the form of two pairs of rails 181, 182 and 183, 184 in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the axis of horizontal movement (double arrow F1) of the spindle holder units 310 and 320. A workpiece carrier unit 400 moves in longitudinal translation (double arrow F3) on said guides 181, 182, 183, 184 and comprising a workpiece table 410 equipped with clamping means (not shown) of two pieces (not shown) . This workpiece table 410 is associated at its two ends with a workpiece carriage 420 and 430 which carriages ensure its drive in horizontal translation according to the double-arrow F3 and in rotation along a transverse horizontal axis. This workpiece table 410 adopts the shape of a horizontal transverse plate equipped at its two ends with a lateral vertical projection in pivot connection with its respective carriage so that the axis of rotation of the table 410 is eccentric relative to to the support plane formed by the table 410. Each carriage 420 and 430 is guided in translation (double arrow F3) by a pair of rails respectively 181, 182 and 183, 184 and therefore guides the workpiece carrier table 410 in rotation. According to the nonlimiting embodiment illustrated, the workpiece table 410 comprises two rotary tables 411 and 412 along an axis perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the table 410 and each accommodating a clamping means (not illustrated) for a workpiece (not shown). According to the invention, the longitudinal horizontal guides are arranged on the base 100, dividing each pair respectively, in one of the two front lateral zones 150 and 160. Thus, the pair of rails 181, 182 is arranged in the front lateral zone 150 corresponding to the zone situated on the base 100 at the front of the connection zone between the base 100 and the post 130. Similarly, the pair of rails 183, 184 is arranged in the front lateral zone 160 corresponding to the zone situated on the base 100 at the front of the connection zone between the base 100 and the post 140. According to the illustrated embodiment, the width of these two front lateral zones correspond substantially to the width of the posts. In addition, they stop in front of the vertical walls before the posts. According to the illustrated embodiment, the front face of the transverse beam 200 is overhanging the front area so that the posts 140 and 130 and the beam 200 form a bracket above the workpiece table 410. A such an arrangement provides the spindle with total access to the workpiece despite the fact that the rails stop in front of the vertical walls before the posts. Such an arrangement makes it easier to access the carriages. Thus, such an arrangement allows the establishment of two lateral vertical flanges F and F '(appearing partially in the drawings of Figures 2, 3 and in full in the drawing of Figure 7) which separate the work area from the zone of -10maintenance, by positioning itself at the level of the rotation shaft of table 410 and in420 carts separating the cartsand 430 are like this 420at and 430 from table 410. that time protected and accessible. As illustrated in more detail on the drawing of Figure 7, the flanges F and F 'are associated with a roof T and at a partition C insulating part back in which are installed the changers 510 and 520 tools. This association constitutes a machining cabin taking the form of a tunnel. As illustrated, the flange F 'is formed with an opening associated with a movable curtain E' which follows the movement in translation of the carriage 430 in the direction F3. Although this does not appear on the view, the flange F is symmetrically equipped for the carriage 420. Another set of movable curtains referenced G equips the roof T to follow the movement in translation of the spindle holder units 310 and 320 according to arrow Fl. One or more hatches P formed in the partition C control the access of the tool changer to the machining cabin so that the tool installed on the spindles can be changed. According to the preferred but nonlimiting embodiment illustrated, the front lateral zones 150 and 160 are of width corresponding to that of the posts 130 and 140. Thus, such a configuration provides a zone free of any guidance: - between the two front side zones 150 and 160, - under beam 200, in the rear zone, since the guides are circumscribed both in width and in length at the level of said front lateral zones 150 and 160 of the base 100. As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 3 and 4, the machine tool M comprises, in the zone located between the posts 130 and 140 and extending towards the rear, a tool exchange system 510 and 520 with each holder unit pin 310 and 320. According to a characteristic illustrated by the drawing in FIG. 6, the machine tool comprises in its rear zone, two tool magazines 511 and 521 cooperating with said tool exchange systems 510 and 520. As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 8, the machine tool further comprises in its rear zone a kiosk K in which are - π gathered the equipment allowing the energy supply and the management of the machine organs (electrical and fluid cabinets). The fixed gantry formed by the posts 130 and 140 and the beam 200, thus vertically partitions the volumes of the machine tool between a work area located at the front and a tool storage and exchange area located under and behind the portico. Such an arrangement also prevents the workpiece table 410 from constituting an obstacle to the use of long tools. According to the embodiment illustrated by the drawing in FIG. 5, the machine tool referenced M 'as a whole comprises at least one additional guide constituted by a rail 185 arranged in a median zone between the lateral zones 150 and 160 accommodating said horizontal guides 181, 182, 183 and 184 for the purpose of guiding additional carriages 490 and 480 while ensuring the independence of the longitudinal linear positioning of two workpiece tables 440 and 450 supported respectively by the pairs of carriages 460, 490 and 470, 480 According to the illustrated embodiment, these two tables 440 and 450 share the guide 185 but are articulated with respect to each other. In this embodiment, the two spindle holder units 310 and 32 0 move on the beam 200 independently of one another and cooperate with the workpiece table (respectively 440 and 450) positioned below. It is understood that the machine tool, which has just been described and shown above, was for the purpose of disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements could be made to the above example, thereby going beyond the scope of the invention. without
